METG hosted a community open house on September 22, 2025, along with EPA and project partners – the City of East Helena, Prickly Pear Land Trust, Helena Area Habitat for Humanity, and the Oakland Companies. The open house for community members and other stakeholders took place at METG’s new offices in East Helena City Hall. Project partners discussed cleanup progress, the slag pile, redevelopment updates, and more.
